Newborns are so precious. They are only this tiny for such a short time. Here are a few of my favourites of sweet little Sophie. Believe it or not, Sophie has made an appearance on my blog once before, only last time she was in baby bump form 😉
Ahhh, Vancouver in the sunshine! The most gorgeous place on earth when it’s sunny! I was fortunate enough to be home for a week at the end of May in this glorious sunshine. When I was home I met up with Alexa and Eric for some engagement portraits. We went down to the waterfront on Harbourside Drive near the Northshore Auto Mall. I love the view of Burrard Inlet and Downtown Vancouver from here.
What do I say about Chrissy and Michael? These guys are two of the sweetest, most thoughtful people I’ve ever met. We first met last year during their engagement session and hit it off right away. They were newly engaged and hadn’t yet booked a spot for their wedding, all they knew was that it was going to be in their hometown of Ottawa. When they asked me if I would go to Ottawa to photograph their wedding I was thrilled. I love traveling for weddings. Fast forward a year and they are married! Here are a few of my favourites from the day.
Last week I participated in a great workshop put on by Fer Juaristi and Davina + Daniel. I love workshops because they are an opportunity to watch how other photographers see the world. They are also a great opportunity to see old friends and meet new ones! Thank you Fer, Davina, and Daniel for sharing your knowledge and passion with us. I had a fantastic time and learned so much! You guys are truly inspiring!
