I don’t quite remember when I took my first yoga class. I had taken many, here and there, over the years. Yoga was OK but I was never hooked. That was until I discovered Modo (then known as Moksha). It was nearly 18 years ago now. I practiced 2 or 3 times a week for a year or so. I thought that was enough. Then I did my first 30 day challenge and discovered the world of daily practice. My life was forever changed.
In 2015 I travelled to Nicaragua for a month long yoga teacher training. I never thought that I would actually teach yoga, I went mainly to deepen my understanding of the practice. But one thing lead to another and the next thing I knew, I was teaching actual yoga classes, and I loved it.
