A few weeks ago I met up with Terence and Andre and their adorable pups, Tina and Helen, near Fort York in downtown Toronto for a dog walk and some engagement pictures.

A few weeks ago I met up with Chiara and Chris at Toronto’s Harbourfront. I have known these two gorgeous people for years and I feel so lucky to have had the chance to document this very special time in their lives. Chiara and Chris are from Italy but have called Toronto home for the past few years. In June, Mike and I are traveling to Italy for a wedding I’m shooting. It just so happens that Chiara and the new baby will also be there. I’m so excited to meet some of her family and catch a glimpse of her beautiful country through her eyes. The local experience is always the best! Stay tuned for pictures from Italy. Also, if you are reading this and you are in Italy or going to be in Italy in June please drop me a line. We should make some pretty pictures together!
I like Shari and Zach. A lot. They are kind and generous people who have a zest for life. When I walked into the hotel room where Shari and the ladies where getting ready I instantly felt like family. It was a beehive of activity. Multiple hair and make-up stations, friends and family, young and old, those from near and some from far. All there to celebrate with Shari and Zach. So much fun!
The festivities got underway at the Arcadian Loft. What a great space! I love the floor to ceiling windows and exposed brick. Shari and Zach pledged their undying love to one another during a beautiful candlelit ceremony and followed it up with a great party. A perfect day!
Colleen and Alex got married at the lovely Little Trinity church in downtown Toronto. I love how much thought and care they put into every little detail to make their wedding personal and special. Colleen and her ladies got ready at the Royal York Hotel and then traveled by vintage Rolls Royce to the church. Little Trinity is the oldest serving church in Toronto. It had its first service Valentine’s Day 1844. After the ceremony the rain was nice enough to hold off for a few minutes so we could take some pictures outside before joining the party across the lane at the Enoch Turner Schoolhouse. It was a joyous celebration with family and friends, touching speeches, slideshows, and dancing. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to Leena from Let’s Party.
