I was so happy when Tonya and Charles told me they wanted to book a family shoot. I had so much fun photographing their wedding in Niagara this past September. It was great to have a chance to hang out with them and their two wonderful children again. For this family portrait session we went to Jack Darling Memorial Park to make use of some of the great fall colours. We found this particularly vibrant red bush on the main street in Port Credit.
I love engagement photo sessions. It gives me a chance to get to know the couple, and it gives the couple a good chance to get to know me. Engagement photos are also a great opportunity to get more comfortable in front of the camera and to get used to some weirdo (that’s me ;)) taking pictures of you and your sweetie kissing! Lawrie and Julio are getting married in March and I’m really looking forward to their wedding. For their engagement shoot we met up in Port Credit and wandered through the Richard’s Memorial Park and the Rhododendron Gardens. We also visited the Starbucks in Port Credit where Lawrie and Julio first met… awwww!
