Cara and Pontus got married in January at the lovely McLean House at the Estates of Sunnybrook. Although we have had a pretty mild winter here in Toronto and haven’t had much snow, someone was listening to Cara’s request and delivered a fresh dusting the night before.

I can’t believe January is almost over. So far I’m having fun in 2012 with lots of exciting weddings and projects on the agenda. Before I get swept away with new posts I wanted to revisit a few of my favourites from 2011. Thank you to all my amazing couples! I adore you all! Thank you for making it a wonderful year!

In September, I traveled with Mike and our friend Heiko to Zürich for Joëlle & Damian’s wedding. Heiko is Damian’s brother. When Heiko told us that his brother got engaged I told him to tell his brother and fiancée what I do for a living. I meant it half as a joke, never expecting that nine months later I would be on a plane to shoot a wedding in Switzerland!
