Mother Nature is a curious beast. The more weddings I shoot, the more I am beginning to truly understand and embrace this. Tara & Barry had set their wedding date for April 20th. Tara had hoped for an outdoor ceremony. When the day rolled around it was rather cold with a biting wind. The staff at Occasions by the Bay were fantastic. They even set up the chairs outside and would have made it happen. But when Tara & Barry did their First Look outside they were nearly blown away. Partly by how fabulous they looked, but mostly by large gusts of wind. For risk of a gale catching Tara’s dress, sailing her away never to be seen again, they opted to move things inside. Here are a few of my favourites from their day.
