I love McMichael Gallery weddings. The outdoor ceremony location perched upon the hilltop is definitely one of my favourites in the Toronto area. Lush green nature in almost all directions and the slight elevation allows for an abundance of blue sky as backdrop. The green and blue were accented by vibrant hints of pinks, oranges, and yellows. Add in a gorgeous, smiling couple and you get perfection.
This unique ceremony was made extra special by thoughtful readings from the couple’s mothers and sisters and a surprise musical rendition of Mr. Big’s “To Be With You” performed by the bride and grooms friends. Such an incredibly talented group of people. Whenever I hear that song I will think of this ceremony.
Another fun surprise. After the formal part of the evening was over the bride’s convertible dress was transformed for dancing. I love this idea!
